Howie

His mission - to fill a very big labrador-shaped hole in our hearts. He's filling it with pee.

I still think you broke your leg when you tripped over this mutt. :-)

Are you off work now? When does the cast come off?

Look at that face. How can you call him a MUTT? Actually, I call him much worse when he tinkles on my floor, but he was completely innocent when it came to my leg. I'm just a klutz.

I'm going back to work today. Bummer, I was just getting used to lying on the couch and ordering people around.

MM: You broke your LEG? I'm so sorry to hear this.

This post is fantastic. More, please.

Sabine said...

Thanks, Indigo - yeah, I broke it. What a klutz.

That's the funny thing about accidents. You never have them til you're having them.

(I can't remember which Winnie-the-Pooh character said this. It may have been Pooh himself.)

Oh, good--your blog is back! How can you drive?

Howie is a heart-throb.

Hey M

I'll be emailing you shortly. Let me do a bit of research first.

He IS A CUTIE! Back when I broke up with my high school GF, why did I never think to fill the hole with dog pee?

Good chatting with you. I forgot to tell you, sorry abou the broken leg. (Yeah, typical doctor, poor socialization skills!)

I'll see if I can dig up any more info for you tomorrow ;)

The doggie is definitely adorable. I'd get one, but then I remember the allergies... and then I remember all the work involved. Then I take some aspirin and lie down and the feeling goes away.

But I still covet other people's poochies. :)

Great chatting with you! (I'm signing in with my Blogger ID, but my Blogger blog is defunct -- I'm at http://krisstarr.wordpress.com now.)

Susan - I took down the link from my profile, but I never took down the blog. (Though I could see why you might think I did.) I can drive because it's my left leg that's broken.

Doug: Thanks.

Doug: Thanks.

Doug: Thanks.

Kris: And all that PEE! Don't forget to remember the PEE! Yes, it was fun chatting with you last night. Always surprises me (I don't know why) to meet other Ontarions online.

Isn't there a dog food called Gravy Train? There used to be. Is this blog a tribute to Howie?

Sabine said...

It sounds familiar. Of course, Howie only eats the finest of toilet paper and furniture legs.

Hi Crystal - if I'm being honest, I'm not even sure my kids were as cute as Howie. (They might have been, I'm just not sure.)
